Required Skills

Substantiated ability to clearly communicate (both orally and in writing) with attention to style, tone, and detail, and to acquire and promptly provide accurate information.

Ability to handle complex and fast paced situations, considerately when taking care of client's and customer's and work well with all levels of staff in a professional manner.

Ability to deescalate irate customers during telephone interaction's thoughtfully.

Knowledge of/sensitivity to world-wide cultural differences. Maintains an awareness of impact on public relations and possible repercussions.

Ability to operate under pressure of target dates and handle last minute requests, locate and synthesize information from multiple data sources.

Ability to analyze, resolve routine and complicated problems and General knowledge of office procedures in order to input, process, and complete assigned work.

Experience in Windows, Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook applications is desired.

Education, Certifications, or Special Licenses

High School diploma or GED

Other Requirements

  • Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office products is required along with general PC knowledge
  • Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment and adaptable to change
  • Good problem solving/decision making skills and time management skills
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skill.
