The Maximo Developer will lead efforts to identify and deliver Maximo Asset Management solutions to our client, emphasizing customer commitment, industry best practices, and continuous improvement. This position will participate and focus on Maximo solutions through all delivery lifecycle stages of a typical software implementation or upgrade

Key Responsibilities:

  • You will be working directly with stakeholders in a global capacity and must be able to communicate effectively via phone and web conferencing
  • You will be empowered to share your expertise and contribute to solutions that shape the future
  • Lead efforts to identify and deliver Maximo Asset Management solutions
  • Work closely with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements
  • Participate in all stages of software implementation or upgrade
  • Ensure adherence to industry best practices and continuous improvement
  • Communicate effectively with global teams via phone and web conferencing
  • Mentor junior team members on Maximo development

Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of Maximo Development/Configuration Experience in Utilities (preferred), Facilities Management, or Aviation
  • 6+ years supporting Analysis, Design, Build, Test, Configuration, and Deployment activities
  • 6+ years assisting with or leading business process design to drive application requirements
  • 6+ years assisting with timely development and implementation of all system stages
  • 6+ years of experience with custom implementations to the Maximo COTS model
  • 6+ years applying industry experience and leading practices to architect, design, develop, and implement IBM Maximo solutions
  • 6+ years of experience working with application designers to create high-level designs for end-to-end integration solutions
  • 6+ years of relevant experience in Maximo Development
  • Proven experience in Utilities (preferred), Facilities Management, or Aviation sectors
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in related fields
  • At least 6 years of relevant experience in Maximo Development
  • Proven experience in leading projects and mentoring team members
