Preferred candidates will have previous experience Oracle Fusion HCM Payroll Functional Lead and related areas.
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud Payroll Functional Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge and hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud Payroll modules, enabling them to design, implement, and support payroll solutions tailored to our clients' needs. This role involves collaborating with clients to understand their payroll processes, configuring Oracle Cloud Payroll systems, and providing ongoing support to ensure the successful deployment and operation of payroll solutions.

- Should have at least 1 Implementation experience in HCM Payroll for Mexico and 2 implementations with either U.S or Canada
- Must have worked on at least 4-5 Oracle Cloud HCM projects
- Must have Expertise in Gathering & Mapping requirements, fit-gap analysis and Requirements documentation
- Prepare functional design and work with Offshore team in Implementing Payroll and Parallel testing.
- Should have very good knowledge of Legal and Business needs of Mexico and either US or Canada Payroll.
- Should understand the interactions with dependent modules like Absence, OTL, Benefits and Compensation in Implementing Payroll.
- Experience in Implementing Absence and Compensation will be desired.
- Must have excellent presentation, written and oral communication skills and problem resolution skills.

- Oracle Fusion HCM Payroll Functional Lead with an experience of 15+ years.•
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Engineering, Business, Information Technology or equivalent
- Active Certifications in the Payroll module will be desired
