Role- Lead UiPath Developer
Roles & Responsibility:
- • Candidates should have good and strong experience in UiPath at least 5 years and knowledge of Power Automate is an added advantage.
- • Candidates should be able to configure UiPath environments & tools.
- • Candidate should be able to run and manage processes from a control room or Orchestrator
- • Should have good communication skills with thought leadership to drive customer discussions
- • Should be able to work flexible timings to overlap with offshore hours
- • Should agree to do hands-on coding and management activities (reporting, communication, and risk mitigations)
- • Candidate should be able to capture requirements around a process against functional and non-functional requirements.
- • Candidate should ensure the build meets all acceptance criteria along with coding standards followed, and functional and non-functional requirements met from an architecture standpoint.
- • Candidate must have an agile mindset; An expert in the Scaled Agile delivery model, experienced with agile ceremonies such as daily scrums, spring planning, sprint reviews, and sprint demos.
- • Perform in-sprint development and support in an agile setting.
- • Provide estimates during the discovery and sprint planning phases of the development lifecycle.
- • Candidate should be able to thoroughly analyze the code implemented in any of the above tools if there is a migration planned for a new automation platform.
- • Collaborate with the DevOps team to set up repos and deployment pipelines and build deployments during rollout.
- • Should have good client-facing exposure and ability to work in an agile environment.
- • Strong business requirements gathering skillset, Partnering with product teams to design and develop automation.
- • Candidate should be able to identify the priorities, work allocation adjustments, reprioritization, identify Risks and issues, Report progress, delivery metrics, and results to the project stakeholders (internal & customer).
- • Candidate should be able to liaise with the offshore team and collect the progress daily. Should be able to represent the offshore team's status confidently during onshore connects with stakeholders.
