Job Description

We are seeking a talented and experienced Kore.ai Tech lead to join our team. As a Kore.ai Tech lead you will design, develop, implementing and maintaining chatbots and virtual assistants using the Kore.ai platform. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in software development particularly in building conversational AI solutions and should be well-versed in various programming languages and technologies.

Responsibilities:

  • Design develop and deploy chatbots and virtual assistants using the Kore.ai platform.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define project objectives.
  • Customize and configure Kore.ai bots to meet specific business needs and integration requirements.
  • Integrate chatbots with various third-party applications and systems using APIs.
  • Implement natural language processing (NLP) and machine learning algorithms to enhance bot capabilities.
  • Test and debug chatbots to ensure optimal performance and user experience.
  • Monitor and maintain deployed chatbots troubleshoot issues and perform necessary updates and enhancements.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in conversational AI and apply them to improve existing solutions.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to new team member developers and team members.
  • Document design specifications development processes and deployment procedures.

Expertise and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science Engineering or a related field.
  • 10 years of experience in software development with at least 3-5 years of hands-on experience in building chatbots and virtual assistants.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Java Python or JavaScript.
  • Extensive knowledge of the Kore.ai platform and its features including bot development customization and integration capabilities.
  • Experience with natural language processing (NLP) and machine learning techniques for conversational AI.
  • Strong understanding of API integration and web services.
  • Excellent problem-solving expertise and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Effective communication expertise both verbal and written.
  • Prior experience in leading chatbot development projects or mentoring new team member developers is a plus.
