Job description:

Technologies: Informatica PowerCenter, Data Quality, Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS), Informatica Master Data Management (MDM), Power Exchange Navigator for Mainframes
Databases: Oracle, SQL Server, Greenplum, DB2
OS: Linux, Aix, Windows
Scripting: bash, batch and python added advantage

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

User Management:
• Creating users and groups in Informatica
• Creating and managing Roles, managing accessibility.
• LDAP integration with Active Directory

Security Administration:
• Setting up PowerCenter Repository Service privileges.

• Informatica domain object permission management.

Required Skills:

• New data source configuration support
• Work on Proof of Concepts for evaluating new Informatica product features
• Performance tuning of Informatica infrastructure
• Proactive monitoring of Informatica platform availability.

Scheduling:
• Handling schedule changes, setting up new schedules for workflows via Informatica scheduler
• Creation and configuration of wrapper script and environment variable files to integrate with third-party schedulers.

System Maintenance:
• Informatica Domain and Repository service backups
• Domain log analysis and basic solve
• Domain Log Management
• Workflow & Session Log Management.
• Raising Service request with Informatica Corp support for the issues
