Job description:

The HR Transformation Consultant will work and support our clients with their transformation journey. You will be working with a team of highly motivated, skilled, and experienced professionals to bring meaningful change to HR operations through digital and non-digital solutions.

You will be involved in crafting HR Operational design, implementing change, streamlining processes, and shaping a frictionless employee experience. You will facilitate and support workshops to create people operating models, cross functional process mapping and design, create process documentation, suggest HR Metrics and KPI with analytics and work with the team to suggest solutions and interventions.

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Requires a minimum of 2-4 years in HR, HR consulting, HR IT implementations, Functional business/ process analyst or related experience.
  • Experience working at a management consulting/ IT implementation firm/ HR business operations enterprise will be preferred.
  • Experience working with or on a HR or Digital Transformation project would be an advantage.

Required Skills:

  • Good verbal and written communication skills, including excellence in presentation design, storytelling and facilitating discussions.
  • Advanced skills using MS office tools of PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and process documentation tools like Visio.
  • Ability to support workshops and multi-task on project assignments.
  • Excellent documentation skills with an eye for detail, converting conversation into meaningful deliverables of a process map, process documentations, SOP (Standard operating procedure) or a desktop procedure.
  • Ability to identify and document business needs, accompanied with strong qualitative and quantitative analytical problem-solving.
  • Strong people skills and ability to interact at all levels within the organization and across clients and partners.
