Roles and Resposibilities
- Develop reusable GCP solutions for Capgemini Financial Services.
- Focus on Retail Banking, Commercial Banking, Payments, Capital Markets, and Insurance verticals.
- Provide strategic direction for GCP investments within Capgemini Financial Services.
- Influence and review cloud architecture decisions and strategies.
- Offer advisory services to clients globally on GCP solutions.
- Provide recommendations on cloud architectures and migration strategies.
- Design scalable, reliable, secure, and high-performance technical solutions on GCP.
- Address customer requirements through robust GCP-centric architectures.
- Lead and mentor global teams of GCP architects and engineers.
- Foster innovation and best practices across the GCP ecosystem.
- Experience in a GCP Cloud Center of Excellence or similar IT service industry role.
- Hands-on experience with GCP services and solutions for the financial services sector.
- Proven experience as a GCP Architect across multiple projects with live implementations.
- Proficient in designing and implementing cloud-based and cloud-native solutions.
- Knowledge of tools like Ansible, Docker, and Kubernetes is preferred.
- Experience influencing and interacting with CTOs and CIOs.
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills for managing diverse global teams.
