We are seeking a talented GCP IAM Active Directory Engineer to enhance our identity and access management solutions within Google Cloud Platform (GCP). This role will focus on integrating Active Directory with GCP services, ensuring secure, efficient, and compliant identity management across our cloud environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • GCP Integration: Design and implement Active Directory integrations with GCP, including Identity and Access Management (IAM) policies to ensure secure access to resources.
  • IAM Solutions: Develop, configure, and maintain IAM solutions within GCP, including role-based access control (RBAC), single sign-on (SSO), and multi-factor authentication (MFA).
  • Security Compliance: Ensure that identity management practices comply with security policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Monitoring and Reporting: Monitor and audit IAM logs and access permissions in GCP to identify and mitigate security risks and compliance issues.
  • User Provisioning: Manage user lifecycle processes, including provisioning, de-provisioning, and role assignments in Active Directory and GCP.
  • Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to integrate IAM solutions with cloud applications and services, providing technical guidance and support.
  • Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve issues related to GCP IAM and Active Directory, ensuring high availability and performance.
  • Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of IAM configurations, processes, and best practices for GCP and Active Directory.

Required Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in identity and access management, with a focus on Active Directory and GCP.
  • Strong knowledge of Active Directory architecture, group policies, and authentication protocols (e.g., LDAP, Kerberos).
  • Experience with GCP IAM features and services, including service accounts, IAM roles, and Cloud Identity.
  • Familiarity with cloud security frameworks and compliance standards (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001).
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical teams.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., Google Cloud Professional Cloud Security Engineer, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator) are a plus.

Salary Transparency

Capgemini discloses salary range information in compliance with state and local pay transparency obligations. The disclosed range represents the lowest to highest salary we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting, although we may ultimately pay more or less than the disclosed range, and the range may be modified in the future. The disclosed range takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, geographic location, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, performance, sales or revenue-based metrics, and business or organizational needs. At Capgemini, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role. The base salary range for the tagged location is $86129 - $127189/yearly.

This role may be eligible for other compensation including variable compensation, bonus, or commission. Full time regular employees are eligible for paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), and any other benefits to eligible employees.
