We are seeking a skilled and motivated Fullstack Developer with expertise in React for front-end development and MS.NET for back-end services. Knowledge of Sitecore is an optional but highly valued skill. The ideal candidate will also have experience in implementing unit testing and ensuring accessibility compliance to deliver high-quality, inclusive software. This role involves building scalable and maintainable web applications with a strong focus on clean coding practices, testing, and accessibility.

• Optimize front-end applications for speed, scalability, and cross-browser compatibility.

• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to implement interactive and user-friendly interfaces.

• Manage state using tools like Redux or Context API.

• Design, develop, and maintain APIs and back-end services using MS.NET Core or ASP.NET.

• Ensure secure and efficient communication between front-end and back-end systems.

• Integrate third-party services and libraries as needed.

• Work with databases like SQL Server for data management and querying.

• Implement authentication and authorization mechanisms using Identity Framework or equivalent.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, product managers, and other developers.

• Write and maintain unit tests for front-end components using tools like Jest, React Testing Library, or Enzyme.

• Develop and maintain unit tests for back-end services using frameworks like xUnit, MSTest, or NUnit.

• Implement and maintain accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG 2.1) in web applications.

• Use tools like axe, Lighthouse, or Deque to identify and fix accessibility issues.

• Ensure compatibility with assistive technologies like screen readers and keyboard navigation.

• Ensure high code coverage and address edge cases in testing.

• Participate in code reviews to maintain high-quality standards.

• Write clean, scalable, and testable code following industry best practices.

• Debug and resolve technical issues across the application stack.

• Stay updated on the latest trends and tools in web development.

Required Skills

Must-Have:

• Proficiency in React and its ecosystem (e.g., React Router, Redux, Context API).

• Strong experience with MS.NET Core or ASP.NET for backend development.

• Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (ES6+).

• Hands-on experience in building RESTful APIs.

• Familiarity with relational databases, especially SQL Server.

• Knowledge of asynchronous programming and API integration.

• Experience with TypeScript for better code maintainability in React.

• Understanding of WebSocket communication for real-time data rendering.

• Proficiency in writing unit tests using tools like Jest, xUnit, or NUnit.

• Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG, ARIA) and tools (axe, Lighthouse).

• Familiarity with GraphQL for advanced API interactions.

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality software.

Good-to-Have:

• Experience with Angular for front-end development.

• Familiarity with Node.js for back-end development.

• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure).

• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems like Git.

• Knowledge of microservices architecture and Kubernetes/Docker for containerization.

• Exposure to testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Mocha for React; JUnit for Kotlin).

• Experience with Sitecore CMS for content management and personalization.
