Job Description:

As a Technical Consultant, you will provide in-depth analysis and consultation during the deployment of Fiserv Risk and Compliance products, specifically anti-fraud and anti-money laundering solutions. Your role will ensure accurate implementation and configuration to meet clients' business needs, collaborating closely with both clients and internal partners to exceed service level commitments.

  • Elicit and capture technical requirements for FCRM (Financial Crime Risk Management) implementations.
  • Collaborate with the project team on functional and technical aspects of the implementation, including product configuration, interfaces, installation, and testing.
  • Serve as the primary technical interface with clients.
  • Recommend hardware configurations and sizing.
  • Communicate platform compatibility and other technical standards to clients.
  • Install the solution at client sites, including configuration.
  • Conduct on-site and off-site technical training for customers.
  • Build and maintain installation and training documentation.
  • Identify, investigate, and resolve technical problems based on severity levels, working with clients and development teams to overcome roadblocks.
  • Assess the technical and business impact of customer-specific customizations.
  • Collaborate with product development to determine the best approach for customer needs.
  • Advise clients on security matters, performance considerations, and overall integration into their IT infrastructure.
