Responsibilities and Skills

  • Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, integrating tools like SonarQube, and automating deployments with Groovy pipeline scripts.
  • Develop and manage branching strategies using GitHub best practices, ensuring clean and efficient code merging and collaboration.
  • Utilize shared libraries in Jenkins to create reusable, scalable pipeline components.
  • Integrate static code analysis tools like SonarQube into Jenkins pipelines for automated scanning and reporting on code quality.
  • Implement infrastructure automation using Terraform, writing scripts to provision and manage cloud resources across multiple environments.
  • Create and manage CloudFormation Templates to automate AWS infrastructure, including configuring EKS clusters and ensuring S3 bucket best practices for scalable and secure storage.
  • Work with AWS services such as EKS, S3, EC2, and IAM for infrastructure configuration, application deployment, and security management.
  • Manage large-scale data transfers (e.g., 1TB files) to S3 buckets, optimizing costs and performance using S3 best practices.
  • Develop and maintain shell scripts to automate operational tasks and support the continuous integration process.
  • Collaborate with developers to integrate third-party tools into pipelines without requiring admin privileges.
  • Ensure security, scalability, and reliability by implementing DevOps best practices across the infrastructure lifecycle.
