Job description:

Capgemini is hiring a delivery lead to join our team in New York metropolitan area. The ideal candidate is going to provide delivery expertise and consultancy to external clients, our Delivery Lead/Engagement Manager is technology-focused on delivery assignments in Media and Technology sector and with varying sizes and degrees of complexity, from single small team assignments to multi-site, multi-country, multi-discipline projects. Assignments may contain a blend of Capgemini, client and contract staff and include a range of different stakeholders. You will be responsible for the end-to-end engagement, including shaping, defining, delivering, and having responsibility for budget management; security compliance management; contract and commercial management; with an expectation to build excellent client relationships enabling delivery led sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Experience in delivering formal presentations to senior clients in both delivery and sales situations
  • Should have worked in an international work setting and are skilled in global partner management.
  • Should have a strong sense of discernment, striving to understand the clients' businesses and needs - and act as a business advisor throughout the delivery process.
  • Excellent skills and knowledge of collaborative leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continuous improvement, empowerment, and transparency
  • Excellent communication, negotiating and mentoring skills
  • Conduct regular 1-on-1s, helping consultants plan their careers and achieve their goals. You will foster engagement and well-being within your team.

Required Skills:

  • Experience in leading large teams within the Data, AI & Analytics field, for example as a delivery manager, delivery executive, project manager, program manager or engagement manager.
  • A passion for and proven experience in delivering bespoke software or integration programmes and projects using cloud technologies from inception through to live service and on-going support
  • A successful track record of working directly with clients to deliver value within a commercial framework
  • Experience delivering sophisticated programmes and projects using an agile framework that may be with several teams (often distributed) and multiple stakeholder groups (including third-party suppliers)
  • Experience of using a variety of agile frameworks and a passion for leveraging agile ways of working with teams and with your clients
  • Proven track record to architect innovative solutions which delivers value to clients whilst managing internal risk

The base salary range for the tagged location is $147,857 - $172,834.This role may be eligible for other compensation including variable compensation, bonus, or commission.
