Client Solutions Director / Architect / Pre-Sales

We are seeking a Solutions Director / Architect / Pre-Sales (EAM) for Energy & Utilities customers.

Job Description:

Primary responsibility is to grow our Energy and Utilities Practice. Perform analysis and design of functional and technical solutions for proposed and existing Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) projects. Oversee and ensure that solution and delivery of current projects meet with customer needs and requirements. Discover client's needs through consultative selling approach for new programs and in pre-sales efforts. Collaborate with business and industry leaders to support customer engagements for all existing and new programs in EAM, AIM areas. Act as a leader to build EAM practice, solution, delivery and business strategy for Energy & Utilities customers. Lead deals, solutions and business conversations as EAM lead for the business.

Responsibilities:

• Primary role is to grow our Energy and Utilities Practice.
• Engage customers and tailor solutioning to unique needs. Guarantee content and solution credibility in capabilities presentations, showcasing our industry solutions as well as proposal defense meetings to win the deals.
• Work cross-functionally within highly distributed and multi-cultural environments
• Work with the Program team to complete EAM Integration Architecture, Functional and Technical Requirement documents for services being designed and developed as part of this solution.
• Collaborate with data architects and other portfolio/program architects across the organization to ensure the proposed solution aligns closely with the portfolio/enterprise level architecture
• Subject matter expert to identify, develop, and implement various engineering and management techniques to improve engagement productivity, increase efficiencies, mitigate risks, resolve issues, and optimize cost savings and efficiencies for each client.
• Have the technical expertise to be recognized by Impetus customers, prospects and partners as an authority figure.

Required Skills:

Extensive knowledge of systems development methodologies and systems integration methodologies. On-site presence may be required during the duration of the customer meetings and assignment.
• Bachelor's Degree in information technology or similar type of curriculum
• 20+ years of business and hands on technical experience on various EAM/AIM platforms such as Maximo, AVEVA, SAP, Hexagon, IFS etc.
• Must have experience successfully rolling out EAM projects.
• Energy and Utility domain experience.
• Must have experience working in Work Management, Asset Management, PM, Contract, Purchasing and Inventory Management modules.
• General knowledge of IT Application, Security, and Infrastructure architecture and design.
• Strong track record of professional success, preferably in the Consulting Services or Engineering Solutions arena.
• The individual must be comfortable working across business and IT product center domains and can demonstrate the ability to easily shift between technical analysis and business value discussions.
• Requires knowledge of systems development methodologies and systems integration methodologies.
• Good communications skills both verbal and written. Good listening skills
• Ability to identify the "real" issue or problem.
