Job Title: Client Director - Consumer Products (Retail)

Job Description: Capgemini Client Partners are experienced in managing mid-sized to large global or regional accounts, are seen as a trusted advisor by the client, and have group responsibility towards the client. Client Partners are well versed in developing and maintaining long-term relationships with clients as well as client influencers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own a portfolio of 1-3 strategic accounts within the retail industry, specifically within food and beverage.
- The ability to develop profitable business from our managed accounts, has overall accountability achieving booking, revenue and profitability objectives for the account, both within the Americas and globally.
- Understands the key influencers within the client organization, quickly identifies client culture and decision-making process, and balances professional manner to suit client requirements
- Works cross collaboratively with our solutions teams to develop a pipeline of new opportunities in addition to extensions and expansions of existing contracts
- Works across all of Capgemini's business lines and across all of the client's functional areas, to bring the full suite of Capgemini offerings to the client and continually increase value to the client
- Provide escalation point for the customer and work with Managers from other service lines within Capgemini to ensure that service provision meets both SLAs & expectations
- Ensure that Capgemini is positioned effectively within client at board and senior management level and is well represented for potential major new projects or bids

Skills Required:
- Proven experience serving clients in the retail, preferably with clients >$5b in size
- Minimum of 10 years' experience in selling complex, IT services/customized technology services, with 5 years or greater of recent experience selling technology consulting services for a Tier 1 or 2 global services provider
- Comprehensive understanding of targeted industry business environments, issues and the trends affecting technology spend
- A well-documented track record of achieving annual sales quotas, managing delivery excellence and building strong client relationships
- Qualified applicants must demonstrate a consistent ability to exceed sales targets on a YOY basis
- History of successful sales of technology services deals across multiple offerings including specific experience in application lifecycle services, mobility, cloud, testing solutions
- Ability to travel extensively as required

Capgemini discloses salary range information in compliance with state and local pay transparency obligations. The disclosed range represents the lowest to highest salary we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting, although we may ultimately pay more or less than the disclosed range, and the range may be modified in the future. The disclosed range takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, geographic location, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, performance, sales or revenue-based metrics, and business or organizational needs. At Capgemini, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role. The base salary range for the tagged location is $149,100- $299,980.
This role may be eligible for other compensation including variable compensation, bonus, or commission. Full time regular employees are eligible for paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), and any other benefits to eligible employees.
Note: No amount of pay is considered to be wages or compensation until such amount is earned, vested, and determinable. The amount and availability of any bonus, commission, or any other form of compensation that are allocable to a particular employee remains in the Company's sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified at the Company's sole discretion, consistent with the law.
