Job description:

The Client Delivery Executive will be responsible for managing and delivering complex technology solutions to clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and business outcomes. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills to manage client relationships, oversee project delivery, and drive growth within the account.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management:

• Serve as the primary delivery point of contact for clients, building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships.

• Understand client needs and business objectives to provide strategic guidance and deliver solutions that meet their goals.

• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering insights and innovative solutions to effectively manage escalations and instill confidence in our ability to deliver.

Project Delivery Oversight:

• Oversee the delivery of projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.

• Coordinate with internal teams, including project managers, technical experts, and other stakeholders, to ensure seamless delivery of services.

• Monitor project progress and performance, addressing any issues or risks proactively.

Operational Excellence:

• Ensure adherence to Capgemini's delivery methodologies and best practices.

• Coordinate pre-sales opportunities ensuring follow Cagpemini methodologies and best practices. Ensure successful sales-to-delivery handover.

• Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery and client satisfaction.

• Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial performance of projects.

Team Leadership and Development:

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of delivery professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.

• Promote knowledge sharing and continuous learning within the team.

• Provide performance feedback and support career development.

Required Skills:

  • Proven experience in client management and delivery of complex technology solutions.
  • Strong understanding of the consulting and technology services industry.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage large-scale projects and cross-functional teams.
  • Strategic thinker with a track record of driving business growth through successful delivery.
  • Experience serving clients in the automotive industry.
  • Ability to travel as required.
