YOUR ROLE
- Being a part of Life Science transformation projects with large client organizations
- Applying your consulting and advisory skillset to synthesize content, analyze data, and translate fragmented information into sound insights, recommendations, and deliverables for clients
- Simplifying and bringing clarity to challenging situations, models, and issues to create structured insights, actions, and recommendations - working with data scientists and others to test hypothesis, interpret and help analyze the data to produce and present meaningful insights to the Colleagues, Business stakeholders, and Clients.
- Collaborating with teams and clients to define long-term vision, goals, and strategies for our clients
- Interacting with and driving blended teams of management consultants, junior team members, technology, data analysts, and implementation specialists to deliver according to plan (scope, quality, and schedule)
- Mentoring and coaching others to deliver quality results and promoting others' professional development
YOUR PROFILE
- 3 or more years of experience at an established management consulting and/or Life Sciences industry firm, with a focus in data, analytics, and business insights related work in the Pharma / Life Sciences Industry, with a particular focus in the Sales & Marketing functional areas (e.g., Field Sales, Sales Operations, Brand Marketing, Omnichannel, Market Access, Patient Services)
- Notable experience with various industry-related data sets such as clinical, claims, and specialty channel data (e.g., IQVIA, Symphony)
- Some experience with standard programming languages like SQL, Python, R, and Scala will be helpful
- Familiarity with business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Qlik)
- Strong ability to perform exploratory data analysis
- Mastery in Microsoft Office suite skills: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint (Visio and Access are pluses)
- Proven track record of core consulting skills, including meeting and workshop development and management, deck writing, storyboarding, inductive/deductive reasoning, client interviewing, issue analysis, data analysis, process design, and change management
- Experience managing workstreams and small teams would be an advantage
- Strong quantitative and analytical problem-solving aptitude
- Ability to maintain a positive attitude, anticipate client and manager needs, and take proactive steps in the absence of clear guidance from clients and managers
- Leadership skills and poise, and ability to interact with executive level clients
- Willingness to travel frequently, up to 80% as necessary
- Undergraduate degree required
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. in an unrestricted manner that does not now or in the future require sponsorship of a visa

- Identify potential project extension and expansion opportunities while staffed on projects
- Support the development of thought leadership and innovative offerings as they relate to AI/Data Science, Digital Customer Analytics, and Operational Analytics.
- Support the upskilling of the Life Sciences team members on topics related to Data & Analytics

The base salary range for the tagged location is $120,000 to $145,000.This role may be eligible for other compensation including variable compensation, bonus, or commission. Full time regular employees are eligible for paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), and any other benefits to eligible employees.Note: No amount of pay is considered to be wages or compensation until such amount is earned, vested, and determinable.
