Job Location: New York, NY / Chicago IL / Atlanta GA (Hybrid)

Responsibilities:

  • Need at least Four to Six Years of experience
  • The FS Digital Marketing Practice is searching for a Business Analyst (BA) with Salesforce Marketing Cloud Experience (SFMC) ensuring that the business and technical requirements of the Cobrand Email Strategic Partner Program accomplish the following:
  • All requirements detailed in the campaign briefs received from the client are scrutinized for information gaps and capture in detail all issues noted
  • Raise questions to be discussed with the client for clarifications and alignment on all requirements with between the clients and Capgemini
  • Ensure that all final requirements contain all the necessary details to fill in the knowledge gaps identified
  • Work with internal team members and ensure that the requirements are analysed defined and documented translated effectively
  • Be able to work in a fast-paced multi-tasking environment.
  • The BA must have a strong technical background and strong communication skills (verbal and written) for presenting to client and internal groups and for writing (and updating) detailed SFMC requirements that are clear for both Client Business Teams and Internal Development Teams.
  • This is a client-facing role so the BA must be:
  • A good communicator capable and comfortable speaking with clients, detail oriented, organized, flexible and aware to client during business hours - as the client demands this BA role is well defined with clear existing processes in place for the BA to follow.
  • Business Analyst role to perform the following tasks and roles to hold multiple Development Sprints for the email campaigns: Own the campaign briefs the reviews the workshops with the client and finalization of the requirements Own and update internal requirements specifications to stay current with changes from clients all the way through till the launch of the campaign
  • Ensure all updated Internal requirements specifications are saved on Confluence and SharePoints
  • Own and work closely with the offshore team to develop the Client UAT documents
  • Own document versioning for the above listed project documents
  • Maintain a tracker of all client project documents and their versions
  • Brief the Sprint requirements to the Capgemini Development Team
  • Maintain and track client feedback and package final campaign briefs for delivery to internal and client teams per Sprint
  • Maintain a summary document of feedback and approvals during reviews
  • Assist the Project Manager with feedback note details
  • Attend regular and ad hoc Project Team calls on time

Salary Transparency Language:

At Capgemini, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role. The base salary range for the tagged location is $100000 - $130000/yearly.

This role may be eligible for other compensation including variable compensation, bonus, or commission. Full time regular employees are eligible for paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), and any other benefits to eligible employees.
