Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled Business Analyst (BA) with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) experience to support the Cobrand Email Strategic Partner Program. In this client-facing role, you will ensure that business and technical requirements align with the client's objectives and the internal team's needs. You will be responsible for gathering, scrutinizing, and documenting all details from campaign briefs, while maintaining clear communication between clients and development teams.

This role involves working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, managing multiple development sprints, and ensuring that all campaign requirements are accurately translated, documented, and updated throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead reviews and workshops with the client, ensuring a detailed and accurate understanding of campaign requirements.
  • Identify gaps, raise clarifying questions, and ensure that all requirements are complete and actionable for both clients and internal teams.
  • Create, update, and manage internal requirement specifications, keeping them current and version-controlled throughout the sprint and campaign lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with the offshore team to develop User Acceptance Testing (UAT) documents and processes.
  • Version Control & Tracking: Maintain a tracker for all client project documents, including campaign briefs, feedback, and version history.
  • Communicate sprint requirements clearly to Capgemini's development team and ensure timely delivery of feedback and approvals.
  • Track client feedback and package final campaign briefs for internal and external teams.
  • Work closely with the Project Manager to capture and organize detailed feedback notes.
  • Attend regular and ad hoc project team calls and manage documentation in Confluence and SharePoint.

Key Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) and email campaign management.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients and internal teams effectively.
  • Highly organized with an eye for detail to ensure completeness and accuracy of requirements and documentation.
  • Flexible and responsive to client needs during business hours, capable of maintaining a professional rapport.
  • Experience working within Agile or Scrum environments and supporting multiple development sprints.

Required Skills:

  • Experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) and/or other CRM marketing platforms.
  • Proven experience working with email marketing campaigns and associated UAT processes.
  • Strong knowledge of Confluence, SharePoint, and document versioning tools.
  • Ability to translate complex technical requirements into clear business solutions.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
