Job Description

The Marketo Engage Lead will work with our clients and other B2B Marketing professionals to architect, design and oversee B2B campaign solution deployments leveraging the Adobe Marketo Engage platform. Extensive interaction with clients is required to ensure that we meet our goal: superior client service and on-time delivery.

This position works in concert with other members of the Capgemini DCX Adobe and DCX Marketing Operations teams, as well as a wide variety of other groups responsible for creating new client solutions, streamlining and optimizing the client's existing B2B Marketing solutions.

The candidate is expected to have knowledge of both B2B Marketing processes, and Campaign Management software implementation.

This position requires a dynamic individual who is a self-starter, action-focused, pragmatic, diplomatic leader and communicator. Familiarity with global brands is a plus and a wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work with development, deployment, and production areas of the business to craft new solutions using Adobe Marketo Engage.
  • Interface directly with internal teams, to address and manage client requests and communicate status - in person, via phone and/or email.
  • Respond to internal requests for assistance for deployed campaign platforms within our production organization.
  • Be able to understand, customize and optimize the entire campaign management process, to include new campaign requirements, development test, production execution and quality control.
  • Capable of completing campaign activities individually during initial stage of development prior to the full deployment of the solution to production.
  • Document the solution and train our client's staff and other staff to perform the B2B campaign execution activities.

Key Skills and Experience

  • Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business or equivalent.
  • 8 years or more experience with digital marketing campaigns (B2B and B2C).
  • 4 years or more experience with Adobe Marketo B2B.
  • Experience integrating Adobe Marketo with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM strongly desired
  • Proven experience leading high visibility projects.
  • Collaborative, solutions focused, organized, true to deadlines, helpful in attitude, and resilient in the face of ever-changing client demands.
  • Build, manage and maintain healthy internal partner & client relationships.
  • Responsive and efficient - ability to organize and manage multiple projects to meet quality/brand standards & deadlines; be flexible but assertive.
  • Strong written, oral communication and presentation skills.
  • Critical thinking and problem solving skills.
  • Adobe Certified Professional (ACP) Marketo Business Practitioner required; Adobe Certified Expert (ACE) Marketo Business Practitioner desired
