Job Description
- Define and provision AEM infrastructure using tools like Ansible Terraform AWS CloudFormation Shell Groovy Python etc.
- Manage AEM code configurations using Git.
- Build CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins for automated AEM builds testing and deployments to various environment.
- Responsible for planning and implementation of AEM patches(hotfix feature service) and upgrades.
- Monitor and improve the performance security and scalability of our infrastructure and applications.
- Automate AEM backup and recovery processes.
- Review and identify different opportunities for performance improvement to ensure scalability availability.
- Facilitate collaboration between development operations and content teams. Maintain up-to-date AEM configuration and deployment documentation.
- Drive the adoption of Agile methodologies and promote a culture of continuous improvement. Take ownership of release management ensuring smooth and successful software releases.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend improvements in our DevOps practices

Qualification:
- 5+ years managing AEM environments with strong DevOps experience. Proficiency in IaC CI/CD containerization and configuration management tools.
- Strong scripting skills in Shell Python or Groovy.
