Job Title: ADMS ARCHITECT
We are seeking a highly skilled ADMS Architect with extensive experience in GE ADMS 3.12 and OMS/DMS to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining advanced distribution management systems (ADMS) to enhance the efficiency and reliability of our electrical grid operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- System Design and Architecture: Develop and maintain the architecture for ADMS solutions, ensuring integration with existing OMS/DMS systems.
- Implementation and Configuration: Lead the implementation and configuration of GE ADMS 3.12, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
- Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership and guidance to the project team, ensuring best practices in system design and implementation.
- Integration: Oversee the integration of ADMS with other utility systems, including SCADA, GIS, and ERP.
- Performance Optimization: Monitor and optimize system performance, addressing any issues that arise.
- Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for system architecture, configurations, and procedures.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders to understand their requirements and ensure the ADMS meets their needs.
- Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users and technical staff on ADMS functionalities and best practices.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in ADMS, with specific experience in GE ADMS 3.12 and OMS/DMS.
- Proficiency in GE ADMS 3.12, OMS, and DMS.
- Strong understanding of electrical grid operations and distribution management.
- Experience with system integration and performance optimization.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills / Strong communication and interpersonal skills / Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Experience with other utility systems such as SCADA, GIS, and ERP is a Plus
- Certification in relevant technologies or methodologies is a Plus

Maximo Developer
The Maximo Developer will lead efforts to identify and deliver Maximo Asset Management solutions to our client, emphasizing customer commitment, industry best practices, and continuous improvement. This position will participate and focus on Maximo solutions through all delivery lifecycle stages of a typical software implementation or upgrade
Key Responsibilities:
- You will be working directly with stakeholders in a global capacity and must be able to communicate effectively via phone and web conferencing
- You will be empowered to share your expertise and contribute to solutions that shape the future
- Lead efforts to identify and deliver Maximo Asset Management solutions
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements
- Participate in all stages of software implementation or upgrade
- Ensure adherence to industry best practices and continuous improvement
- Communicate effectively with global teams via phone and web conferencing
- Mentor junior team members on Maximo development
Qualifications:
- 6+ years of Maximo Development/Configuration Experience in Utilities (preferred), Facilities Management, or Aviation
- 6+ years supporting Analysis, Design, Build, Test, Configuration, and Deployment activities
- 6+ years assisting with or leading business process design to drive application requirements
- 6+ years assisting with timely development and implementation of all system stages
- 6+ years of experience with custom implementations to the Maximo COTS model
- 6+ years applying industry experience and leading practices to architect, design, develop, and implement IBM Maximo solutions
- 6+ years of experience working with application designers to create high-level designs for end-to-end integration solutions
- 6+ years of relevant experience in Maximo Development
- Proven experience in Utilities (preferred), Facilities Management, or Aviation sectors
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Bachelor's degree or higher in related fields
- At least 6 years of relevant experience in Maximo Development
- Proven experience in leading projects and mentoring team members
