Job Description

We are looking for a Technical Support Analyst professional to provide technical assistance to computer, system, and phone users. This is a full-time contract position. It will be onsite in Boise, Idaho, with a duration of 3 months and a slight possibility of extension.

Perform basic Active Directory user management

  • Troubleshoot Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)

  • Assist with basic phone system usage (Cisco-based)

  • Work within the in-house ticketing system

  • Identify, research, and resolve technical problems

  • Respond to technical support requests via phone, email, and in-person

  • Document, track, and monitor technical issues

  • Provide excellent customer service

  • What You'll Need

    Required:

    • 2+ years of professional experience in a technical end-user support role

    • 2+ years of experience with Windows-based machines (Windows 10 & 11)

    • 2+ years of basic Active Directory user management

    • 2+ years of troubleshooting Microsoft Office applications

    • 2+ years of experience with phone system usage (Cisco-based)

    • 2+ years of help desk ticketing system experience

    • 2+ years of basic networking support

    • 2+ years of hardware/software installation and imaging

    • Exceptional communication skills

    • Ability to pass a fingerprint background check

    • Strong sense of customer service and professionalism

    Preferred:

    • Knowledge of Microsoft Azure/Entra AD/M365

    • Experience working in virtualized environments

    Physical Demands 

     

    • Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state and local standards 

    • Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc. 

    • Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor
