We are looking for a Technical Support Analyst professional to provide technical assistance to computer, system, and phone users. This is a full-time contract position. It will be onsite in Boise, Idaho, with a duration of 3 months and a slight possibility of extension.

Perform basic Active Directory user management
Troubleshoot Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
Assist with basic phone system usage (Cisco-based)
Work within the in-house ticketing system
Identify, research, and resolve technical problems
Respond to technical support requests via phone, email, and in-person
Document, track, and monitor technical issues
Provide excellent customer service
What You'll Need
Required:
2+ years of professional experience in a technical end-user support role
2+ years of experience with Windows-based machines (Windows 10 & 11)
2+ years of basic Active Directory user management
2+ years of troubleshooting Microsoft Office applications
2+ years of experience with phone system usage (Cisco-based)
2+ years of help desk ticketing system experience
2+ years of basic networking support
2+ years of hardware/software installation and imaging
Exceptional communication skills
Ability to pass a fingerprint background check
Strong sense of customer service and professionalism
Preferred:
Knowledge of Microsoft Azure/Entra AD/M365
Experience working in virtualized environments
Physical Demands
Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state and local standards
Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.
Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor
