We are looking for a Quality Assurance Architect to shape our quality assurance strategy and ensure the highest quality of our software products. You will work closely with the Director of Quality Assurance, leveraging your expertise to drive automation, efficiency, and best practices across our Quality Assurance processes. This position will be a full-time contract through 12/31/2025 and Hybrid.

What You’ll Do
Gather and analyze requirements for various types of testing, ensuring comprehensive coverage
Conduct process analysis on different types of QA testing to identify improvement opportunities
Review and evaluate available tools for automation to enhance testing efficiency
Plan for and advise on the ongoing maintenance of test automations
Drive efficiency and maximize utilization of QA engineers and testers, aiming to reduce reliance on manual testing
Be hands on to participate in proof-of-concept efforts to demonstrate results from recommendations
Assist in expanding code and test coverage to ensure robust software quality
Advise the Director of QA on best practices, automation, and process improvements
Evaluate resource skills and advise on areas where there are skill gaps
What You'll Need
Required:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field
7+ years of experience in Quality Assurance testing, with a strong background in automated testing
Expertise in automated functional, performance, API, and data testing
Strong knowledge of industry best practices for quality assurance and software testing
Proven ability to advise on quality assurance strategies and process improvements
Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a remote team environment
Ability to travel to Orlando, FL (~10% travel)
Physical Demands
Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state, and local standards
Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.
Ability to move about to accomplish tasks or move from one worksite to another
Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor
Must be able to communicate with customers/team members over the phone and in person
