We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Organizational Change Management (OCM) Analyst to support the OCM and Communications Leads in the rollout of a new application. This role is crucial in assisting with the creation of documentation, user guides, and other communication materials to facilitate a smooth transition for users. This position will be full-time and hybrid Monday through Wednesday onsite and Thursday and Friday remote.

What You'll Do

  • Assist in creating comprehensive documentation, user guides, FAQs, and other materials to support the new application

  • Manage communication channels, ensuring that all content is accurate, user-friendly, and readily available to stakeholders

  • Coordinate with different departments to gather necessary information for documentation and communication materials

  • Ensure clear and effective communication with users regarding changes and updates related to the new application

  • Gather and analyze feedback from users to continuously improve communication materials and support processes

  • Work closely with the OCM Lead, Communications Lead, and other team members to ensure consistency and accuracy in all communication efforts

  • Assist in developing and delivering training programs and workshops to prepare users for the new application

  • Provide general support to the OCM team in executing change management activities and tracking progress


What You'll Need

Required:

  • 2+ years of relevant experience in organizational change management, communications, or a related field

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Information Systems, Public Administration, Organizational Development, or equivalent experience

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Excellent organizational and detail-oriented capabilities

  • Ability to create clear, concise, and user-friendly documentation

  • Proficiency in managing communication channels and content

  • Familiarity with Salesforce-based applications is a plus

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills


Preferred:

  • Prior experience in the education sector or government projects

  • Certification in Change Management (e.g., Prosci, CCMP) is a plus

Physical Demands

  • Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state and local standards

  • Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.

  • Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor
