Job Summary:

Conduct program management tasks under the direction of BU Manager, including product definition, eco system and product interoperability and compatibility on the full ranges of HSV products, with expanded tasks due to increased complexity in demanding HSV hyperscaler customers on OSes (official and adhoc), x86/Arm platforms, capex equipment coordination, etc.

Required:

  • Proficient in Program Management and Project Management
  • total 7 to 12 years background in Software Development and Validation Process.
  • Experience in Cross-Group coordination to achieve target timelines.
  • at least 4 years program management experience.
  • BS Degree in Engineering or Science. MS preferred.

Ideal:

  • EDA domain knowledge including familiarity with software tool development, support and deployment
  • Experience using Jira for issue tracking and management
  • Experience in process development and deployment for Software and Hardware products.
  • Experience in software quality monitoring and improvement.

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning and track the delivery of product releases through various stages.
  • Facilitate the definition of release scope, goals and deliverables
  • Work across several functional groups: R&D developers, Product Validation, Configuration Management, Product Engineering, Marketing, Customer Support, field AEs, and Tech Pubs to achieve target milestones in very fast moving, agile, environment.
  • Constantly monitor and report on progress of product releases to all stakeholders
  • Develop and streamline processes to improve productivity, efficiency, and ability to meet targets. Identify and remove bottlenecks. Forward thinking.
  • Monitor product quality metrics and track key quality indicators.

Education and Experience

  • BE/BTech/ME/MS/MTech in Electrical/Electronics or equivalent
  • knowledge of both theoretical and practical aspects of project management
  • knowledge of project management techniques and tools
  • direct work experience in project management capacity
  • proven experience in people management
  • proven experience in strategic planning, risk/change management
  • proficient in project management software
