Training coordination responsibilities:
- Manage customer requests for live/virtual training: consult, quote, coordinate, process orders/invoices.
- Organize trainer allocation, logistics and technical set-up on Amazon Web Services.
- Customer data administration and reporting in Learning Management System.
- Account administration and strategic collaboration with services sales and field engineers.
- Process customer enquiries for online training courses and certifications.
Creative and project-related responsibilities:
- Awareness creation and communication for customer training, e.g., mailer campaigns, social media, video storyboards, etc.
- Collaboration in various training projects and events such as: webinars, blogs, analytics, etc.

Requirements/Qualifications
- A commercial qualification and 5+ years of professional experience in customer service, training administration, marketing, sales or similar.
- Fluent in German and English, French is an advantage.
- Experience with Learning Management software (Docebo) is a plus.
- Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods and techniques.
- Proficiency with MS Office package and Teams, Zoom.
- Experience with modern marketing tools and processes.
