Customer Service Engineer I

• Understand BETA advantage, exploit the industry characteristics and user needs in China, and provide customized CAE solutions for customers;
• Participate in product improvement and testing, organize and improve materials such as Employer's product features and solutions.
• Provide technical support for customers and partners in China, including product demonstrations, case production, training and communication, responding to questions ,and consultation.
• Responsible for the implementation of customer projects and technical cooperation with company teams.
• Communicate and cooperate with research and develop department at overseas headquarters and colleagues around the world, solve problems for customers, report software errors and customer suggestions, learn and apply cutting-edge technologies from the research and develop department at overseas headquarters and worldwide affiliates.
• Record technical work and research, organize and archive engineering projects and academic conference materials.
