The HR Coordinator position based in Paris-Velizy is an opportunity to learn from the best and be part of a worldwide growing company.
In this position, you will -
• Support HR administration across France, including new hires and onboarding and leavers
• Maintain employee files, both paper and electronic
• Help support any internal training, Invite attendees to sessions
• Collaborate with hiring managers in order to build job descriptions and job posts.
• Screen applications and conduct initial phone interviews.
• Coordinate technical interviews and follow up on the interviewing process. Support reference checks.

• Manage all new hire onboarding processes.
• Support benefit and payroll administration processes, Support other HR processes as needed.
You could be a good fit to the position if you are-
• A fast learner, a great teammate, a multitasker and have great interpersonal skills
• Able to work under pressure and to prioritize workload to ensure deadlines are met
• Human Resources graduate.
• Have at least one year of experience in Technical Recruitment /HR Coordinating position.
• Have fluent English and excellent French
• Strong IT skills, including Microsoft word and excel
