Royalty Revenue related.

  • To own the Royalty Analytics process right from the time the customer royalty reports are received till the invoicing stage
  • Ensure that royalty related invoices are generated within a week of receipt of the royalty report from the customer
  • To prepare the data relating to Royalty Income accruals on a quarterly basis in a timely manner
  • To present the data to the marketing team on a quarterly basis and post the Royalty Revenue accruals after their approval
  • To prepare weekly reports reconciling the Royalty accruals with the actuals reported and to post the true up entries
  • To ensure that the Royalty application is tested and implemented in a timely manner

Accounting

  • Integral part of the India accounting team both as per India accounting standards and US GAAP
  • Manage Statutory audits, Tax audits, Internal audits, and Internal Financial control audits
  • Responsible for Blackline schedules for Pune and Ahmedabad
  • Manage Accounts Payable & Treasury reporting function for Pune and Ahmedabad

Compliances

  • Manage STPI & labor law compliances for Pune and Ahmedabad locations
