Responsibilities
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Provide VDC Coordination and daily management of BIM project data
• Develop VDC Project Execution Plans with Digital Technologies Leader
• Conduct VDC project kickoff meetings to demonstrate VDC process to Design team
• Prepare project specific training documentation on project VDC execution plans
• Work with Digital Technologies Team Leader to set up VDC projects from company templates
• Set up and manage BIM360/ACC projects for cloud hosted projects
• Provide discipline specific technical management of project BIM data
• Liaise with the design team to ensure changes in VDC Project Execution Plans, company procedures and standards are effectively communicated to project teams
• Create, manage and maintain project content for project teams as needed
• Provide one-to-one mentoring on 'Best Practice' workflows to project teams as required
• Support VDC project teams while enforcing "modeling best practices"
• Contributing to ongoing process improvement of in-house VDC Standards
• Revit Model Migration - moving Revit models forward to newest version while verifying their integrity and completeness
• Exporting Data for use by other disciplines and/or firms (AutoCAD backgrounds, Navisworks exports, etc...)
• Coordinate weekly Information Exchange across Design Team for non-BIM360 hosted projects
• Navisworks Clash Detection/Model Coordination
• Conduct design issue review meetings
• Create, distribute to design team and track design issues on assigned projects via Newforma Konekt software
• Work with Project Manager and design team to conduct and prepare for project milestone Executive Review meetings
• Work with Digital Technologies Leader to investigate and test new Revit add-ons and other BIM/IPD technologies
• Develop project specific "Lessons Learned" to continually improve VDC process
REQUIRED QUALITIES & SKILLS:
• Able to demonstrate the ability to undertake the above responsibilities
• In-depth working knowledge of Autodesk Revit and BIM supporting applications
• Experience of working in a project coordination role for CAD applications
• Excellent communications skills both written and verbal
• Excellent organizational skills
• Able to manage sensitive and sometimes confidential information
• Good interpersonal skills and able to work independently and as part of an effective team
• Flexible attitude
• Able to build good relationships at all levels, internally and externally
Qualifications
DESIRED QUALITIES & SKILLS:
• Experience working in a fast paced architectural/engineering production environment
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office 2021 Suite
• Self-motivated and able to take responsibility and ownership of tasks
• Resilience to cope with conflicting demands, able to prioritize duties and work effectively under pressure while remaining calm and professional at all times
• Able to demonstrate initiative and a proactive approach to daily tasks
• Thorough knowledge of and compliance with BRPH Architects & Engineers procedures and standards
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
Minimum of Associates Degree, in Architecture, Engineering or Construction related field, from an accredited two-year college or university. Must have a minimum of 3-5 years related experience in areas listed under essential duties and responsibilities.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. Must be able to meet the physical requirements of a construction job site safely. Travel will be minimal.

Salary range - $70,000 - $110,000 per year
