Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development of data-driven custom policies for asset owners and collaborate with product to productize them
- Lead a client services team comprised of research SMEs to onboard clients for custom policies and oversee the delivery of superior client services to such clients.
- Serve as a senior point of contact for key clients, resolving escalated issues and maintaining strong, trust-based relationships.
- Participate in go-to-market initiatives, including webinars and thought-leadership exercises to position Broadridge as a neutral provider of voting solutions to institutional investors
- Devise and implement strategies to enhance client satisfaction, retention, and lifetime value.

- Assist in the development and execution of strategic plans to expand the institutional business line.
- Collaborate with senior management to identify and leverage market trends, continuously enhancing our competitive edge.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in the institutional voting space and experience in designing data-driven custom-policies
- Must have deep knowledge of how investment stewardship teams work and make decisions
- Experience in managing client service teams preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, effective at all levels of the organization.
- Ability to articulate and convey complex ideas and strategies to internal and external stakeholders.
- Demonstrated consultative and influencing skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field; MBA or a related advanced degree preferred.
