Broadridge is hiring! We're seeking a VP, Enterprise Engineering to join our Infrastructure team! You will play a crucial leadership role within our organization, responsible for designing strategic architectures and managing the implementation and support processes of the Managed File Transfer function. This role focuses on leadership, team management, and stakeholder collaboration to achieve project and organizational goals effectively and efficiently. The Manager/Architect oversees software products and infrastructure critical to the Enterprise MFT function, ensuring alignment with business requirements and organizational strategy.

We are made up of high-performing teams that meet in person to learn and collaborate as needed. This role is considered hybrid, which means you'll be assigned to a Broadridge office and will work both on-site and remote.

Responsibilities:
  • Architectural Leadership: Develop and maintain the architecture of the MFT solutions, ensuring that designs meet business requirements and industry best practices while aligning with company standards.
  • Strategic Planning and Implementation: Lead teams in strategic planning and implementation of DevOps and cloud-based MFT solutions, prioritizing resilience, security, and scalability.
  • Team Leadership and Development: Manage, mentor, and inspire teams, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages continuous improvement and innovation. Cultivate a culture of growth, excellence, and accountability.
  • Operational Management: Oversee the operational readiness of the MFT infrastructure, ensuring compliance, optimal performance, and efficient 24/7 support operations through effective resource management.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Develop and sustain strong relationships with internal customers, vendors, and cross-functional teams. Ensure engagement and alignment on project goals, processes, and outcomes.
  • Incident and Change Management: Coordinate incident response and change management procedures, guiding the team in effective problem-solving and decision-making processes.
  • Innovation and Continuous Improvement: Lead the adoption of innovative MFT solutions and industry best practices, driving continuous improvement in processes and systems.
  • Requirements Alignment: Ensure thorough understanding and documentation of business requirements to guide the team's architectural decisions and support project goals.
  • Governance and Compliance: Maintain oversight over governance processes, ensuring adherence to architectural standards, design patterns, and technical specifications.
Qualifications:
  • Over 7 years of experience in a leadership role related to Technical Business Analysis, Project Management, or Systems Architecture.
  • Strong knowledge of UNIX fundamentals and proficiency in AWS or similar cloud technologies.
  • Proven experience in leading the architecture and implementation of MFT systems and processes.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and lead technical teams within a matrix organizational structure.
  • Skilled in stakeholder management and negotiation, with exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Familiarity with networking fundamentals and security protocols.
  • Proficiency in tools such as MS Office, MS Project, and Visio, with strong analytical and presentation skills.
  • Experience in Design, Development and Implementation in Managed File Transfer applications:
    • Axway Secure Transport
    • IBM Sterling File Gateway
    • IBM Connect Enterprise
    • IBM Connect Direct
    • IBM Control Center
  • In-depth knowledge of file transfer protocols including Connect Direct, FTP, FTPS, SFTP, and HTTPS.
  • Strong troubleshooting experience in identifying the routing failure and determination of root cause of failure
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines while managing multiple priorities.
  • A continuous learner, adaptable to new technologies and methodologies.
Compensation Range: The salary range for this position is between $175,000 - $225,000. Broadridge considers various factors when evaluating a candidate's final salary including, but not limited to, relevant experience, skills, and education.
