6-10 years of hands-on Business Analyst experience with corporate actions
Job Description:
- 6+ years of hands-on Business Analyst experience.
- Proven track record in corporate actions.
- Proven track record of successfully managing product lifecycles.
- Have good understanding of the North American/European Capital Markets, Fixed Income & Equity Brokerage Operations.
- Be able to evaluate business processes, anticipate requirements, uncover areas for improvement, develop and implement solutions and ensure that the solutions meet business needs and requirements.
- Lead ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies
- Collaboratively work with all stakeholders - Management, Product, Development, QA and Implementation teams
- BTech/BE/MBA or equivalent discipline
