5- 8 years of experience as a Scrum Master

Requirements / Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree (preferably computer science or similar)
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification.
  • 5- 8 years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach in a software development environment with overall 8+ year -10 yrs of experience
  • Proficiency in Agile methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, and Lean principles.
  • Strong understanding of modern SDLC processes and tools, with experience in release management and change/incident management. Experience with Ticket creation, escalation, and SDLC management processes
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Highly energetic and self-motivated, with a passion for driving continuous improvement and fostering a positive team culture.
  • Proficiency with Jira, custom filtering, and extensive reporting. Knowledge of Confluence or collaborating tools is desirable

  • Exposure to teams working with client-facing SaaS products

Shift Timings: UK shift

1PM to 10 PM (support for releases activities based on EST times) ( 2 days per Production)
