The Sr. Production Control Analyst is responsible for the efficient indexing, preparation, and scanning of various client documents. This role demands the production of high-quality work and includes assisting the team lead with various administrative tasks. The Analyst will collaborate with management to prioritize tasks, ensuring that all work is processed according to SLA priority orders.
Job Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate expertise in document review and imaging; serve as a team resource
- Audit and manage confidential client documents to ensure they meet standards; approve or process changes as required
- Prepare, scan, and index documents to adhere to specific procedures, standards, and SLAs
- Meet or exceed productivity, quality, and efficiency standards; strive for continual improvement
- Assist in workflow walkthroughs for internal and client audits
- Act as a liaison for internal and external client issues; provide effective communication
- Maintain ISO procedural documents
- Assist in system validations, enhancements, and testing as needed
- Troubleshoot issues and propose corrective actions to improve performance
- Support continuous improvement processes
- Perform clerical and administrative tasks to support operations, ensuring procedural adherence
- Utilize advanced organizational and coordination skills for efficient workflow
- Operate independently, following guidelines with accuracy and timeliness

- High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Effective oral and written communication in English
- Proficient interpersonal skills and ability to work in diverse teams
- Proficient with MS Office products
- Familiarity with Broadridge product and process knowledge
- Ability to perform under tight deadlines and excellent planning skills
