We are seeking a business-minded, technically oriented leader who has the energy, edge, and execution capability to drive our technology transformation. This is a remote role where you will work off-site. Travel is limited and generally used for team learning and collaboration meetings. This is also an individual contributor role at this time.
Responsibilities
Primary Skills:
- Strong knowledge in design, implementation, troubleshooting of Citrix products such as XenApp, XenDesktop & NetScaler. Have performed Citrix upgrade and farm migration from planning through implementation.
- Strong understanding on Citrix Storefront.
- Strong understanding of Zones & load balancing
- Strong understanding of Netscaler: Gateway, loadbalancing, GSLB
- Expert on multiple versions of Citrix products and strong experience of Citrix NetScaler
- Strong knowledge on PowerShell and need to write/run the scripts on demand.
- Windows Active Directory Administration
- Citrix VDI implementation with MCS/PVS/AppLayering.
- Support Client applications installed on Citrix
- 5 years relevant experience in below Citrix Skills
- Excellent Communication Skills, Time Management
- Strong knowledge in configuring Roaming profiles and Streaming profile configuration
- Strong knowledge in Citrix Director, need to create/run reports on demand
- Strong knowledge of PowerShell and need to write/run the scripts on demand
- Good troubleshooting skills in Citrix printers, profiles, resource manager's thresholds, installation manager, Citrix Farm Configuration
- Experience in managing Citrix farm on VMware will be an added advantage
- Printers Management in Citrix
- Citrix Patch Management and policies configuration
- VDI knowledge on any cloud platform (AWS/Azure)
- Minimum five (5) years of recent lead and hands-on experience supporting Citrix/Netscaler large scale deployments.
- Extensive hands-on experience with Citrix products such as Xenapp, Netscaler
- Education: BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent
- Financial Industry experience is a plus
- Strong analytical abilities and problem-solving skills; strong communication skills
- Working knowledge of Windows operation system performance tuning techniques, tools, and processes
- Minimum three (3) years of experience in using tools to optimize Citrix performance
- Knowledge of a scripting language like PowerShell, Perl or Python or other programming languages for data analysis and processing is a plus
- Knowledge of cloud architecture, like AWS is a plus
