The Director of Source-to-Pay Process Design and Deployment Manager is responsible for overseeing strategic procurement and sourcing functions within the organization while managing all financial operations. This includes accounting, credit and collection, internal auditing, financial planning and analysis, treasury, tax, and SEC reporting. The role focuses on optimizing supplier relationships, negotiating favorable terms, and ensuring the effective procurement of goods and services. This position requires an individual with comprehensive knowledge in sourcing, procurement processes, and financial management to enhance operational efficiencies and drive continuous improvement.

We are made up of high performing teams that meet in person to learn and collaborate as needed. This role is considered hybrid, which means you'll be assigned to a Broadridge officeandgiven the flexibility to work remote.
Responsibilities:
- Negotiate favorable terms, volume discounts, and long-term contracts with suppliers.
- Prepare and process requisitions and purchase orders for the procurement of goods, services, and supplies.
- Conduct full development life cycle activities including user interviews, development of requirements documents, and creation of design specifications.
- Drive ongoing supplier optimization and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Identify and implement best practices for sourcing, procurement, inventory control, outsourcing, vendor selection, and quality assurance.
- Apply theoretical knowledge to achieve goals through personal and collaborative work.
- Provide guidance to project teams using specialized technical expertise.
- In-depth knowledge and experience in sourcing and procurement processes.
- Proven ability to use best practices and business knowledge to improve products or services.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to take a fresh perspective on existing solutions.
- Capable of working independently with minimal guidance; acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience.
- Understanding and application of concepts within the procurement discipline, with basic knowledge of other related fields.
- Awareness of market competition and factors that differentiate services or products.
- Experience leading small projects with manageable risks and resource requirements.
- Ability to impact customer, operational, project, or service activities within the team and related teams.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex information and build consensus within a team.
