Responsibilities
- Implement features from the design phase to production
- Client/server development (C# and modern web technologies for frontend e.g., ReactJS and Java for server)
- Conduct performance and memory profiling
- Optimize processing in a multithreading environment
- Apply reactive programming principles
- Enhance automated test suites
- Engage in TDD/pair/mob programming
- Embrace and implement continuous delivery practices
- Over 5 years of experience in C# or Java programming language, .Net Framework (4.7 and above) or .Net (5.0 and above), Java 11 or above
- Comprehensive knowledge in core C# or Java Programming Concepts
- Experience in desktop development is an advantage. WinForms or WPF
- Web development knowledge is a plus (HTML, JavaScript, CSS, ReactJS etc)
- Good with OOP and/or functional programming
- Self-motivated with a drive to learn, execute, and improve consistently
- Collaborative team player committed to achieving team goals
- Acquainted with and supportive of Agile
- Effective communication skills with a proficient level of English

BTCS services cover all aspects of agency and principal risk trading, client connectivity services, Middle-Office and post-trade matching. Assets supported include Equities, FX, Derivatives. crypto and ETFs across all global markets.
