Role Overview:
The Senior Reporting Analyst is part of the Procurement International team and the primary focus is to offer comprehensive financial insights and analysis.
Responsibilities:
Financial Analysis and Reporting:
- Manage and develop financial analyses using established processes and systems to ensure accurate and complete financial information is available.
- Prepare detailed reports and regular presentations summarizing findings, including benchmarking, current versus future state, Total Cost of Ownership (TCO), and Return on Investment (ROI).

- Build strong working relationships with a broad range of internal clients, senior management, and investors to support and promote Broadridge business objectives.
- Collaborate with internal teams like Accounts Payable, Audit, and other internal clients to ensure alignment with company goals and accurate financial assumptions.
- Analyze spend in various ways (e.g., per supplier, per product, per category) to identify trends and provide actionable insights for optimizing category strategies and policies.
- Monitor spend, identify trends and outliers, and provide cost-saving opportunities to optimize program strategies, including tracking progress against such strategies.
- Develop and maintain complex financial models, including savings reporting and ROI calculations.
- Map out cost drivers and develop cost driver models for future budgeting and planning, accounting for multiple currencies and their impact on the model.
- +5 years of experience in reporting, data analysis within professional service and/or financial services organizations;
- BA/BS or equivalent degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field;
- Strong proficiency in financial modeling and financial/data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI);
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with great attention to detail;
- Ability to present business cases to drive stakeholder engagement, endorsement, and process improvement;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and interpersonal skills.
