1. PO Policy - Monitoring , driving & enforcing policy compliance
2. Review and approve noncatalog requisitions
3. Catalog Management - Maintaining up to date catalog's, perform quarterly catalog audits and market baskets.
4. Tactical sourcing - Spot buy, low spend RFQ/RFP, etc.
5. Vendor relationship management - Quarterly business reviews, vendor performance monitoring / scorecard
6. Provide level 1 support to businesses- Queries on requisition , PO's , receipts , delivery address , system issues, invoice holds etc.
