Roles & Responsibilities:
Responsible for the day-to-day maintenance of the application systems in operation,
including tasks related to identifying and troubleshooting application issues and issues

• Liaise with Development Team, Senior Development Consultants as appropriate to
ensure the resolution of issues.
- Identify and address any issues or challenges that may arise during service
delivery.
- Work proactively to find solutions and ensure client satisfaction.
• Prioritizing Defects with Development Team and getting them scheduled
appropriately
• Follows the companies Operating Procedures
• Experience at working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative
environment is essential.
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions and service delivery processes.
- Ensure all documentation is organized and up-to-date.
• Strong oral and written communication and interpersonal skills required as this role
demands interacting with multiple locations and stakeholders
- Communicate with clients via email, phone, or in-person to understand their
service requirements and address any inquiries.
- Provide timely and professional responses to client requests and concerns.
• Strong interpersonal and client facing skills. • Pro-active, highly motivated and a strong team player - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in service delivery. - Participate in training programs and workshops to develop your skills.
