The Senior Manager, Client Services is responsible for exceeding client expectations with a demonstrated passion for building strong relationships and the proven ability to develop talent within their organization. The Senior Manager, Client Services will engage with internal and external parties to address all client needs in a professional and timely manner. The ideal candidate for this role has a team player attitude, is self-motivated to delivering great results and has experience leading high performing teams. Job Functions/Responsibilities:
- Demonstrated experience coaching, mentoring, inspiring and developing extraordinary teams, while providing oversight and guidance to high-priority projects.
- Proven ability to forge and maintain strong client relationships through unparalleled support, exceptional service and value to drive client satisfaction.
- Experience in anticipating client needs and the facilitation of proactive communication to discuss opportunities that may help the client achieve their goals.
- In partnership with Operations, oversees the end-to-end onboarding of new/existing client projects, ensuring they are completed on time, and to the highest quality standards. Provides direction and support to internal teams to ensure the successful project execution.
- Ability to organize and prioritize critical activities and information to facilitate efficient decision-making.
- Ensures the successful composition of mutual fund/ETF regulatory documents within client defined and SEC mandated SLA's.
- Deep subject matter expertise in the areas of regulatory document composition, SEC regulations and Broadridge systems.
- Partners with Account Management on new business opportunities.
- BA/BS required
- 5-7 years of experience leading a client service team supporting large, complex clients
- Document composition experience for mutual funds and/or ETFs
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong attention to detail
- Self-motivator who can adapt/respond to different types of requests on-the-go
- Experience in a fast-paced working environment and the ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
- Intellectual curiosity for learning new skills and tools
- Ability to bring new ideas and help implement more efficient processes
- Intermediate/Advanced skills with Microsoft Office, JIRA, and other tools/applications
