Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitates the Agile process by working closely with Platform Owner & Product Owner on Roadmap, backlog refinement & scoping the various Sprints.
  • Oversees the Scrum process and coaches the team; facilitates transparency and adaptation.
  • Helps the Team focus on creating high-value increments that meet the Definition of Done.
  • Lead discussion with leads to detail out the stories - Summary, Description & Acceptance Criteria. Ensure that the team members owning the stories/sub-tasks understand the stories.

  • Ensures that all Scrum Events take place and are positive, productive, and within the timelines.
  • Ensure the successful integration of generative AI and MLOps capabilities into the AI platform.
  • Develop and maintain documentation, training materials, and user guides for AI platform.
  • Work with Cross functional skills such as Architect, Developers, Devops, Machine Learning Engineers, Full Stack Engineers, Product owner, etc.
  • Helping the team establish what they can achieve during each sprint (or other period).
  • Helps find techniques for effective Product Goal definition and Product Backlog management.
  • Ensures platform squad adhere next gen agile process and reporting.
  • Ensures agile maturity process, maintains scorecard ad facilitates continuous improvement.
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices in AI technologies and MLOps to drive innovation and continuous improvement in AI platforms.
Qualifications
  • 8-10 experience working in an agile environment as a Business Analyst, Delivery Owner, or Product Owner.
  • 3 years' experience working as with delivery/enterprise teams on AI ML projects.
  • Good Understanding & passionate about Predictive AI, Generative AI & MLOps technologies/terminologies and the use cases & impact on Financial Services
  • Experience of working with projects implementing AI ML technologies preferably GenerativeAI
  • Expert knowledge of best practices in value driven development (requirements management, prototyping, hypothesis driven development, usability testing).
  • Expert knowledge of technical engineering best practices including test driven development, continuous integration, DevOps.
  • Demonstrated experience with large-scale enterprise agile transformation with knowledge of Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) or other scaling frameworks.
  • Expert in facilitation, problem solving and influencing outcomes.
