About the team
As part of our Data & Analytics team, you will play a crucial role in delivering market intelligence, insights, and strategic guidance to asset managers. Our solutions help financial institutions analyze trends, predict trends assess risk, and identify opportunities in a competitive landscape.
Key offerings include:
- Global Market Intelligence (GMI): A total market intelligence solution covering over $100 trillion in assets, delivering insights on market trends, distribution, products, and competition.
- Global Demand Model: Helps asset managers size and segment current and future demand in the global asset management industry.
- Fund Buyer Focus Intelligence: Provides actionable intelligence on third-party fund distribution, helping asset managers optimize their sales strategies.
- Global Pricing Intelligence: Tracks net negotiated fees across institutional agreements, ETFs, and mutual funds, providing transparency into pricing dynamics.
- Broadridge Insights Series: Delivers market research and strategic guidance from industry experts to support asset managers' growth.
- Board Reporting Solutions: A market-leading reporting service, now expanded to the UK to support Assessment of Value and Consumer Duty compliance.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline by identifying key decision-makers and engaging with prospective clients.
- Drive complex sales engagements from initial contact to contract negotiation, leveraging internal expertise (e.g., subject matter experts, legal, and product specialists)
- Position Broadridge's Data & Analytics solutions to align with client objectives and market strategies.
- Partner with internal teams, including account managers and marketing, to generate leads and optimize client outreach.
- Provide insights into competitive landscapes and contribute to product positioning strategies.
- Represent Broadridge at industry events, conferences, and webinars to strengthen relationships and brand visibility.
- 5+ years of experience selling to C-level executives and/or distribution teams within asset management institutions across the UK, EMEA, or Asia.
- Experience at a tier 1 financial software and/or services vendor.
- Strong understanding of the buy-side financial industry and its challenges
- Proven ability to develop new business, manage multiple deals, and achieve/exceed sales targets.
- Consultative sales approach with expertise in navigating complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Comfortable working in a small but growing EMEA sales team within a larger global organization.
- Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a passion for driving innovation in financial technology.
- Additional language skills (especially relevant to EMEA and Asia).
- This is a new business, 'hunter' role
- UK/Europe and Asia focus, with larger territory within the EMEA region
- Travel may be required across the UK, EMEA, and Asia.
- Candidates must be eligible to work and live in the UK.
