Key Responsibilities
- Design & Planning:Collaborate with the Sr. Director to lead the annual planning and design process for 80+ sales compensation plans, ensuring alignment with global sales strategies.
- Data Analysis & Modeling:Develop and deploy data models and perform comprehensive analysis to assess the feasibility of new design elements, identify improvements, and benchmark against industry standards.
- Operational Excellence:Simplify, standardize, and streamline compensation tools and processes to enhance transparency and operational efficiency across the sales organization.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:Work closely with HRBPs, FP&A, Talent Acquisition, Sales Operations, and Sales Leadership to ensure consistent messaging, effective communication of policies, and robust support for compensation processes.
- Leadership & Mentorship:Guide and mentor team members, manage commission exceptions and draws, and lead compensation-related projects including annual reviews, promotions, and global compensation framework initiatives.

- Technical Proficiency:Advanced skills in Excel (model building, advanced formulas, pivot tables, data manipulation) and PowerPoint. Experience with BI/visualization tools, especially Power BI; familiarity with IBM ICM is a plus.
- Communication:Exceptional written and interpersonal communication skills capable of influencing decisions and building strong relationships across all organizational levels.
- Analytical Acumen:Strong business, analytical, and financial skills with the aptitude to synthesize complex data into clear, impactful insights.
- Change Management:Demonstrated experience in change management, process improvement, and the development of innovative compensation solutions.
- System Experience:Familiarity with tools such as Workday, Salesforce.com, and CRM systems is preferred.
- Education:Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required. An MBA is a plus.
- Experience:A minimum of 5+ years in the compensation field within a structured corporate environment; experience in compensation, finance, or sales operations is required.
- Certifications:Preferred certifications include Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) or Certified Sales Compensation Professional (CSCP).
