Broadridge is growing! We are seeking a Production Supervisor to join our team on the evening shift in South Windsor, CT. In this role, you will prioritize all client mailings on to ensure SEC compliance guidelines and contractual requirements are met.You will have approximately 20 direct reports in the Special Handling department of printing and mailing.You will coordinate resources between all departments to ensure efficiency is maximized while maintaining high quality standards.

The work hours are Monday through Friday, 4:00 PM - 12:30 AM ET. This is an on-site role that will be assigned to a Broadridge location where you will work 100% of the time.

Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for a team of approximately 20 individuals including fulfillment clerks and production assistants
  • Prepare mail for pick up or delivery and may complete and file appropriate paperwork including following all special handling instructions
  • Use computers and a variety of software applications, to track, process, complete and/or dispatch work or coordinate freight
  • Oversee all labor, ensuring the operation is running efficiently; utilize outside temp agencies to increase and decrease labor as volume dictates
  • Delegates and ensures all output meets client specifications
  • Maintain and sustain a 5S safety environment
  • Responsible for advisement of cross training associates across Production Operations to reduce labor costs and position associates on the proper applications
  • Plan/monitor/schedule proper labor coverage to match volume needs dictated by workflow
  • Ensure the following shift is prepared to run as efficiently as possible and communicate priorities verbally and through daily e-mail turnovers
  • Monitor factory dashboards and provide reports when needed
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2-3 years supervisory or team lead experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Demonstrated follow through and meeting of goals
  • High attention to detail
  • Ability to make supervisory decisions for team
  • Ability to work flexible hours as needed during busy times
The salary range for this position is: $62,000 - $75,000 annual.Broadridge considers various factors when evaluating a candidate's final salary including, but not limited to, relevant experience, skills, and education.
