Broadridge is growing! We are seeking a Production Equipment Inventory Analyst to join our dynamic team in South Windsor, CT. Under the general direction of the Production Self-Service/System Support Inventor Analyst the Production Equipment Inventory Analyst is responsible for working with various vendors to order and track the delivery and inventorying of replacement parts to support our Production Self-Service/System Support team. This includes ensuring that appropriate inventory levels are maintained, and reconciling inventory levels through transaction documentation, process and procedure verification and system reviews.

This is an on-site role that will be assigned to a Broadridge location where you will work 100% of the time. Monday - Friday 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM
Responsibilities:
- Monitor Production Self-Service/System Support parts inventory levels, create purchase orders with various vendors as needed to ensure appropriate stock levels are maintained to support our South Windsor facility. Follow up with vendors to ensure timely deliveries.
- Receive and document physical inventory, cycle count, and process other transactions that impact inventory levels.
- Update department inventory databases (i.e., RemStar, FIIX, Oracle) to account for new receipts, cycle count adjustments, and other transactions that impact inventory levels. Investigate cycle count discrepancies to determine root causes and recommend corrective actions to minimize variances.
- Assist other inventory analysts and management in working with parts vendors to ensure invoices are received on a timely basis and to reconcile invoices against material/parts receipts to ensure proper billing. Submit invoices for timely payment.
- Move, load/unload, dump, restock, relocate, and/or consolidate materials as required to maintain effective and organized inventory management/usage systems/processes.
- Assist inventory analyst and management in preparing various parts tracking/usage/inventory reports.
- Foster good working relationships with department personnel.
- Perform other duties/responsibilities as assigned.
- High School diploma
- 1 + years of administrative/analytical experience, preferably in a manufacturing or transaction-oriented environment. Experience with inventory ordering/management is preferred.
- Strong oral and written communication skills. Must be able to communicate effectively with staff and management at multiple levels.
- Solid organizational skills. Must be able to effectively multi-task and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Strong PC skills including intermediate level knowledge of Excel (basic and intermediate level formulas and pivot tables, creating basic charts/graphs, etc.), and Microsoft Outlook.
- Solid math skills, including ability to reconcile inventory reports, receipts and invoices and identify discrepancies.
- Must be detail oriented.
- Desire and ability to learn, including the ability to become proficient using various software applications, such as warehouse/inventory management applications (i.e., Oracle, FIIX, etc.).
- Ability to bend, stoop, stand, and lift boxes weighing up to 35 lbs.
- Flexibility to work overtime (nights, weekends, holidays) as required.
