We are seeking a Product Support Associate to join our Corporate Actions & Income Processing (CAIP) team to assist with our growing client demand in the North American region. In this role, you will work closely with internal teams to assist with multiple projects, and work with clientele that includes leading Investment Banks, Wealth Managers, Custodians and Asset Managers. You'll report to the CAIP North American Business Lead as well as work closely with stakeholders across our organization to deliver best-in-class solutions.

This role offers the opportunity to directly contribute to our aggressive revenue growth targets while advancing scalable, innovative technologies for our clients.
This role is considered hybrid, which means you'll be assigned to a Broadridge office and given the flexibility to work remote and meet in person to learn and collaborate as needed.
This is a temporary contract position expected to last over 1 year with the possibility of going permanent
Responsibilities:
- Work with Product Managers and Implementations team to assist in a wide variety of tasks with the primary objective of a positive and seamless client onboarding experience
- Collaborate with Product Managers and other SMEs to define project scope as well as submission of project requirements in JIRA
- Help to ensure the client commitments are delivered on time
- Demonstrate the ability to identify potential risk scenarios and controls to minimize operational risk
- Prioritize deliverables and responsibilities where necessary
- Communicate effectively and efficiently across departments, with staff, senior management and clients
- Participate in daily SCRUM meetings for assigned products, ensuring alignment with agile development processes.
- Act as a liaison between Operations, Customer Service, Sales, Technology, and external customers to ensure product success.
- Assist with the creation and maintenance of client and internal updates using PowerPoint and Excel
- Bachelor's degree required
- Experience with SaaS software products in regulated industries is a plus
- Experience using Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
- Superior skills in PowerPoint, Excel, and Visio highly desired
- Ability to multitask and take ownership of complex issues, as well as achieve deadlines and be able to work effectively as part of a team
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with product management tools such as Aha or Jira (preferred).
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Outstanding organizational abilities and the flexibility to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
