Join our dynamic sales team as a Product Sales Specialist, where you'll leverage your expertise to develop and execute product strategies that drive revenue. Specializing in a single product or product line, you'll provide valuable support during the sales process and help shape the direction of our products and services.
We are made up of high performing teams that meet in person to learn and collaborate as needed. This role is considered hybrid, which means you'll be assigned to a Broadridge officeandgiven the flexibility to work remote.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to develop and execute strategic product plans that align with overall sales goals.
- Provide product-specific insights and support to client-facing roles across the organization.
- Inform product and service direction while developing and maintaining compelling value propositions, demonstrations, and product pricing models.
- Identify and create new sales opportunities within applicable market segments and accounts, and leverage cross-selling techniques for additional sales growth.
- Apply deep knowledge of sales concepts and maintain a keen awareness of market trends, competitors, and industry-specific financials.
- Handle moderately complex territories or accounts, overseeing the sales and account management processes with direct client interaction.
- Set and negotiate product and service terms with moderate authority, while working towards achieving sales quotas.
- Plan and strategize your territory or account approach, efficiently monitoring and utilizing resources to maximize outcomes.
- Solve straightforward problems by analyzing various solutions using experience, sound judgment, and precedents.
- Contribute positively to the team's overall quality of work by operating within established guidelines and policies.
- Use effective interpersonal skills to communicate moderately complex information with tact and diplomacy.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum of three years of sales experience in the financial services industry, with a demonstrable track record of success.
- Prior exposure to financial markets and relevant work experience.
- Self-starter with a high level of motivation and initiative.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage both internal and external audiences.
- Proficiency in data analytics to support sales and decision-making processes.
- Familiarity with Broadridge solutions is advantageous.
- Competency in using Office applications, Salesforce CRM, and social tools for business communications and project management.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, high-pressure environment and manage multiple projects effectively.
- Experience in selling tax services or operational tax roles is a strong asset.
